【大会简介】

世界各国经济发展的历史表明，中小企业不仅在解决社会就业问题上发挥着不可替代的作用，而且以其富有生机的创新活动，为经济增长提供了重要动力。近年来我国推出多项助力中小企业发展的政策措施。2021年1月，财政部、工信部联合印发《关于支持“专精特新”中小企业高质量发展的通知》，2022年7月，工信部发布《“十四五”促进中小企业发展规划》指出，培育10万家“专精特新”中小企业、1万家专精特新“小巨人”企业。

通过本次大会及论坛的召开，进而开展优质中小企业培育、创新能力和专业化水平提升、企业融资促进等多项内容，促进中小企业健康发展，打造“中国企业家好声音、好项目、好资本、好技术”四大高端平台，为企业家们打造融入全球经济、讲好中国故事、传递中国企业家声音。大会地点：杭州。

【Introduction to the Conference】

The history of economic development in the world shows that SMEs not only play an irreplaceable role in solving the problem of social employment, but also provide an important driving force for economic growth with their vibrant innovative activities. In recent years, China has introduced a number of policies and measures to help the development of SMEs. In January 2021, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued "The Notice on Supporting the High-Quality Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises with Specializing in ultra-new". In July 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued "The 14th Five-Year Plan to Promote the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises", pointing out that 100,000 small and medium-sized enterprises with " Specializing in ultra-new" and 10,000 "Small Giant" Enterprises with Specializing in ultra-new will be cultivated.

Through the convening of this conference and forum, we will further carry out the cultivation of high-quality SMEs, the improvement of innovation ability and professionalism, and the promotion of enterprise financing, promote the healthy development of SMEs, create four high-end platforms of "good voice of Chinese entrepreneurs, good projects, good capital, and good technology", and build entrepreneurs into the global economy, tell Chinese stories well, and convey the voice of Chinese entrepreneurs.
